I hired JK Harris in Feb. 2008 letting the consultant know that i had tax issues in Utah, Idaho and with the IRS. I gathered all the information they wanted turned it in and then began to wait, and wait, and wait. Then I contacted them the response i got was troublesome, they needed all the information again because it had been to long. I once again gathered all the info and sent it in and waited again.
At this point it is March and the full 5,000 dollars has been paid to them. I called to see what was going on with any of the proceedings with the State or IRS and this is when they informed me that I do not have any state representation. Wtf. Now I'm mad but I fall into it again and pay another 800 dollars for state help.
Well now it is the end of May and still nothing has been done, the only thing going on now is the IRS filed a LEVY against me and are now taking 1,181 dollars per paycheck. Everytime I call JK to speak with my CASE REPRESENTITIVE I never speak with the same person she is always on the phone or away from her desk, and then in the middle of things when i did get to talk to her she informs me she has been transfered departments, she gives me the name of my new rep. And tries to transfer me only to get placed back in what they call a QUE where if they are on the phone you get to speak with whomever picks up the next call and doesnt even know who you are asking about when you ask to speak to your own case rep. They are very frustrating people to work with and if i knew then what i know now i would tell everyone to stay far away from these people.
And just an FYI someone from Omni financial called after the IRS put the Levy against me and they said that JK Harris is the 4 letter word at Omni. Well i went to www.omnifinacial.com on the right of the p[age there is a link 3rd one down if you click on it they list the top sponsers of Omni and number 4 on the list is JK harris. These people are i cahoots with each other.
Any ways to make a long story short i have been dooped by JK Harris and i hope with me taking the time to write this anyone who ready will research it and realize if they go to the IRS they can settle it by themselves quicker. That is where im going monday. I cant say they are frauding people just be weary and dont trust them
