This company claims that they are franchise. It is a scheme to get you to do business with them. They are a broker that does have stock. The owner Gilles Aouerzierat has been known to refurbish parts in his own building. Now he has brought in one of the best scam artist in the business Ron Wood from Converge to help cover up the lies there. Flextronics placed a order and the parts turned out to be counterfeit after they swore they were franchised. Do not believe this lie. Do not do business with them. You will get hurt.
The ex co-owner has also been questioned by authorities for suspected rape and other criminal activities. After running a background check on Ronald Wood we found out that he has a Felony record and has benn suspect to being linked to several other crimes. He has been seen drunk driving from several esablishments in Orange County and has no regard for the law.
This company should be shut down. Were is the justice.
