Privacy Matters 123
Took 19.95 from my bank account, even though the "account" with them was supposed to be canceled!

I evidently "closed" up with this specific organization while I had been joining classmates.com. 24 hours later I'd obtained the e-mail about that, I IMMEDIATELY ended the "account". Note: prior to the 7-day trial was up.
I received an email having a cancelation confirmation number, etc.

Per week later my banking account continues to be billed 19.95 from these folks (Privacy Issues 123)!!

I contact and stop the mebership; I e-mail; I go to the site; and attempt numerous items to stop this memebership. However, it appears the account wont stop!

I call these folks, AGAIN, (it required many attempts to ultimately get somebody about the telephone), and also the woman simply easily stated they'd return my profit 2 business days and hungup.

I'm along the way of awaiting that to occur

Within The mean-time, I've documented them towards the BBB, and named my lender to record a bogus purchase.

I'll keep you folks updated on my scenario.
