False Advertizing, Complete rip-off, trial offers turn into bank scams - won't answer phones, emails - just steal $

I answered a free laptop offer survey and got stuck in it. I decided to try the Acai trial offer, and a couple of others. I received two orders when I only wanted one. When I read the small print of bhow to send it back - I found out that it wasn't a free trial for shipping - it would cost 49.95 for each bottle and the return policy was impossible. They stated the requirements, but didn't supply the paperwork. Also would not answer the phone calls, and the e mail kept going to errors. I only found out about the scam after I ordered. I hope I can keep my bank account from being charged over and over.
