Don Lapre's company had swindeled me out of over $1300! I spread the amount out over 3 different credit cards and have been waiting for 2 years to get my so called "refund".
The company told me that I had just missed the bankruptcy cutoff date by a week, and that they have 3 years to pay everyone back, yeah right!
My situation sounds like all the other victims, so don't think that you are alone. It probably wouldn't be such a big deal if I'd of lost only $50, but its well over that! I only want my $ back and be done with this issue after dealing with it for 2 years already.
Don Lapre's company also made more charges on my credit cards (supposedly fees) even though its been 2 years and they obviously know that I'm still awaiting a refund. HELLO! I am not using your frickin' service, I should not have been charged!!!
Being a woman doesn't help either, I just get the run around and now the phone numbers that I have, don't even work. If anyone can help me get my money or has any ideas on who to contact that will get it done, I would greatly appreciate it!
