Thanks to everyone on this list!!! You saved me from getting caught.
Months ago I started receiving telemarketing calls from 800-226-7356. Literally every business day, I would get 5-10 calls from this number - beginning at 6am and going almost all evening. All my requests to get taken off this list were ignored (yes I have dealt with the morons in Atlanta customer service).
Thankfully, before I talked to them I found these postings on the web and got a heads up. When they started trying to get my personal information and offering magazine deals I knew what was going on.
So they still call about 5 times a day but my bank accounts and credit cards have all been notified about them.

Cross Media is a public company and the rest of their information is public record. Also, I contacted Wall Street colleagues who cover this industry sector to give them a heads up on the company (they already knew about the lawsuits and FCC action).
