I have lived at this complex since Nov. 08, when I moved there were no lights on the grounds, unlock gates, no mail boxes, you had to get your mail from the mgr.in another complex's.
I made complaints no results until Feb. 09. The heating was unsafe the Gas Co. Came out 4 times and cut the furnance off, and said it was not to be turned on, only by a authorized co. They still had their handymen to come out and made changes, moving the thermostate 4 times.
I sent fax's to the office no one return your calls. The bathroom from upstairs ran over several times, they finally came out and took the whole ceiling off and under there were termites and mold, which they covered up.
We have had over 12 on site migrs. They come in and say that we cannot go outside we must stay in our apts. Tihey don't won't you to bar b q children playing outside. Because I object to staying in the house and that is America they say I complain to much.
In Dec. 09. They hired a new mgr. Who was strickly Prejudice their were only blacks on the permisees she would talk down to us like we were kids, she was the only mgr. That we have had that treated the tenants in this manner we had a meeting with mangerment on Highland and they were on her side and went along with everything she did.
In Feb. We had a tenant that passed from a heart attack. The manager Aljandra called the police on the family when they came over on the loss of their Mother and Grandmother, the police was told they had just lost a member of their family they looked at her and shook their heads and left.
She call them the following day and made a report that their was a child in the same apt.By his self and was making calls on the phone, when they enter withoout permission from the tenants their was no one there. When we have been outside and she will water the concrete there is no grass, around us and then say that we are lottering or trespassing, The day of the funeral she gave the family a Eviction notice and tenancy to move notice.
The clincher was when she gave me a tenancy notice on May 6.09. When I called the main office was told that I compained too much and had someone living ing my apt. That was evicted which was a lie, the people that were evicted come's a visit other tenants that live here, the eviction notice that is on all notice say's that they are not to enter that apt or house.
I have called and talk to Mr. Evans he was to get back to me because he did call me. When ever you call the office on Highland they always are in a meeting and never return calls.
