I entered my grandchilds photo in a contest on Picture.com. Was told it was selected to be publised in a yearly publication, Endless Journeys which will be also displayed at the Library of Congress. This letter came from a Jeffrey Bryan managing editor.
I paid with a credit card for copy of book 69.95 plus 25.00 for artist profile for a total of $103.95. I received an email that book was published and would be in the mail to me by Febrary 2009. At one point I even spoke to a person on the phone when I wanted to make sure they would send the book. Name of the book is called Tender Imprints. Thru pictures.com.

I have not been able to reach anyone, the phone is always busy now and requests t call back. No luck with the web sites either. I want my money back.
