Sent letter stating that I won 1.4 million dollars and asked for 19.99 fee for release

This company sent me what looks like an official letter stating that I won One Million Fou Hundred Thousand Dollars. It also stated that they're office Guarantees your 100% access for the award monies and prizes, now I'm usually a skeptical person however this looked somewhat official, so I kept reading and it stated a one time release fee of $19.99. That should have rung my chimes, but I gave the matter the benefit of doubt.

I sent the fee, however after questioning myself over and over I decided to go on the internet, and behold when I put in the company name up popped SCAM!!! I'm so mad with myself I can chew nails, now I just want this so called company or persons to pay.
