I took my small breed dog to daycare about three times a week for two weeks. I was slightly concerned about them not being able to separate big and small dogs, but liked that he got exposure to all breeds. I intended to be a regular customer and was informed on pre paid packages of daycare that offer a discouted rate and purchased one.
After using half of the days I was informed I no longer had any credits and would need to buy a new one. I argued the point, and refused to pay for that day because according to my reciept I should still have about ten days pre paid for still.
I asked for a manager and got Jay, the owner. He told me he didn't know why my pre paid days were used up, but they were and I needed to pay. I presented my credit card reciept with the date on it, proving it to be impossible all my days were gone. Angry and frustrated, I left without paying and Jay told me he would get his money one way or another. The customer service was terrible since day one, and I hoped that my dog was treated better than I was.
A week later i was walking my dog and ran into an employee that recognized my little guy. She told me she had just quit because the dogs were being incredibly mistreated and the staff wasn't trained to handle them. She also informed me that a few scratches on my dog that i had been told were jsut the result of rough play were actually from being attacked by a dog, and that this dog was a regular customer they had aggression problems with.
Not only was my dog left unsupervised, but My money was taken for nothing in return. I definately wouldn't trust this "jay" character with any credit card information!
