Lied too over and over

I order a computer off blue hippo two years ago. And have been trying to find someone to help me get my money back. Because i have never recieved a computer. They took close to 1500.00 dollars out of my checking account. Everytime i finally get up with someone they say it been shipped. And then they hang up on me.
