I ordered a vitamin from Swanson which was recommended by a friend. I kept the first order but decided not to reorder. I then started getting them automatically in the mail. I have not opened the packages and marked them, return to sender. Yet they are not taken off my visa bill! I have e-mailed them to stop and to credit my account but nothing has changed. I hope you can help me. These vitamins are not cheap and I do not want to pay for something I am not accepting. I only have the e-mail address to contact them.
