I was online looking for some African masks for my apartment and I found AfricanImportUSA.com. They had some nice things so I decided to order a Mask "Shawdow Box" style.
The prices was $39.00 plus shipping. It was charged to my credit card and the money was taken out. The online shipping time was to be 1-14 days. That was April 2. Its now May 15th and I still haven't received my Mask.
I've called them several times and all I got was a voice message telling me to leave a message and that they would get back to me. They haven't return my call as of yet.
I even sent them a fax, and no response either. I told them in the fax that I wouldn't like to think that they were scamming the public and if so I would take the matter to the Better Business Bureau.
If the company is legitamate, then why don't they reply to their customers inquiries.
