Took payment of $231.00 did not receive pool pump. Keep getting runaround. Bedford Pennsylvania

Placed order for pool pump over a week ago. Paid over phone with debit card.

Amount $231.00. The gentleman i spoke to was Joe. Stated it would be sent

By UPS from Kentucky. I live in Illinois. Have not received pump motor as of yet. Contacted Joe asked for my zip code, he was going to check on order.

That was 3 hrs ago. I called again got voice mail.
