When Perferred frist called me, it sounded like a good plan, so I switched. I got my phone bill today and it's $50 higher. They say they have a 30 day money back guarantee, but they were so rude when I called back, that I didn't even get to expllian why I was calling. They rushed me right off the phone. I've tried calling back a few times to get a manager, however Diana the Supervisor, keeps telling me Tracy is on a call and connot assist me. Then again, she just goes ahead and and rushes me off the phone again.
I'm still go to ty to reach the president of this company and I'm going to notify the BBB to make a formal complaint. I'm all for making money and trying to increase business, but when it's this shady and this unprofessional, I am also all for making it know to avoid this company and hang up on them if they call.
