Contacted bank when incorrect charge happened. Bank gave transaction contact number. Called number and told computers were down. Call back in an hour.
I called. And called, and called. Couldn't cantact Customer Service Department as promised.
My bank had canceled my debit card. So luckily I haven't been charged anymore. I filed a fraudlent report with my bank and was given a provisional credit while they investigate.
They didn't live up to anything in the terms and agreement.
