This was the last e-mail I received... But NO MONEY, today is May 9th

Dear Mr. Luckerbauer:

We have recorded your request and begun accumulating interest on your deposit as of the date of your initial request, per our agreement with you. Our plan continues to be that as soon as we have the funds available we will return the full deposit and the interest earned.in addition to our own internal tracking, our independent auditors have been made aware of your request, the terms of our agreement and the current outstanding balance.

Regretfully we are not in a position to pay out these funds at the moment, but it appears that we may be able to do so by the end of the year. Again, I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have produced.
