Hydroxacone advertises to order product and you only pay shipping, if not satisfied send product back before 30 days and you can cancel further shipments. I did not open product shipped back immediately canceled. Their practice not only to me but other customers I have read on the Internet is they say they never received the product and charge $69.95... Then you see another charge for $69.95 and no product was received the second time to even send back. They are saying I owe them $139.90. Me like many others call our credit card company to stop payment and the company Rebills. Then the next step is giving your name to a collection agency. People have had to cancel their cards. Outrageous. I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureua in Jersey City where the company is located. I have made numerous phone calls and today I spoke with Joe EX 541 and was told he could not talk to me about this. He took my name and said someone will call. On the Internet of complaints they are saying no phone calls are being returned.
So I can sit back and let them have my $139.90 and write it off or hopefully can help get this stopped. The way the economy is this is just terrible. One thing I have learned if anyone returns anything back to a company send it back with a tracking number or have them sign for it. That way you have proof you did send it back.
