Received the trail bottle of Acai Berry diet pills... Well the package did not contain ANY information of where to cancel or that you will be billed $87.65 every month whether you want it or not. I have tried to contact them, but with no luck till today.
I called 1-866-913-0756 today and finally spoke with a live person, (she was kinda rude)... (probably from all the complaints), I stated that I wanted to cancel and wanted all my money back totalling $306.92 and she stated that once the product leaves the warehouse, no refunds are given. I told her that her company was a big rip off and a fraud and she hung up, but not before she gave me the conformation #. So hopefully they will not bill me anymore.
