About three weeks ago I ordered the trial offer of Pure Acai Berry on the internet. I recieved my package in three days but the product is a joke!
First of all the pump it up to be a diet pill to help you lose weight when all it really is a antioxident the helps prevent colds and such. Well I cancelled my order before the thirty days even came close and got my confirmation number and all. Well I have it set up to recieve a text message to my cellphone for all transactions that take place with my credidt card and today I recieved a texts telling me that $5.95 was charged to my Mastercard form Vital Health Systems with their number attached.
Well when I called they first tried to tell me they have norecord of the charge and when they saw that wasn't going to fly that is when they said they charged my card for a refill. I then infromed them of when and whom I spoke with when I cancelled the order and then I was put on hold a very long time. When the gut came back to the phone he then tells me that the $5.95 is for a newsletter and when I told him that that was unexceptable and asked to speak to a supervisor I kept being disconnected. After six tries I finally gave up but was able to speak to a representative for my credit card and had the payment reversed as well reported as an fraudulent transaction.
People please be very carefull with this people because the will rob you blind if you let it happen and don't fight it.
