My boyfriend called about free sample of Maxoderm which he saw on a TV ad. After giving the salesman his info, the guy kept trying to sell him all kinds of other products. My boyfriend became upset and told him to forget it and not to send him anything. Day after day we were plagued with more salesmen from Barmnsen calling non-stop. We told them that we hadn't ordered anything and did not want them to call again or send anything. We are on the "Do not call list" and told them so. It didn't stop. They sent not one but 2 containers of their product on 2 different days and charge $9.99 for each container of their product. We called to complain and they gave us return numbers which we wrote on the packages and returned them (at our expense) and said that they would credit our card.
They did not credit our card and sent out not 1, not 2, but 3 bottles of a product called Prevestrol and charged our card $89.99 for the first 2 bottles and I don't know what for the third bottle (since we have not received that bill yet).
We have written our card company but have not received a reply yet. We are livid.
