My husband is in Federal prison, An inmate recommended Federal prison consultants to me. I called and spoke with Ed Bales about my husbands situation. I asked him about the 500 drug program (RDAP) and the second chance act I sent all the information he needed to see if he was a candidate. Ed told me that he was and I had to wire or send money to him right away there's a dead line that would have to be met so hurry send me 5500 so we wouldn't miss the dead line for my husband to make the program. This is after I told him that my husband was turned down by this team counselor for the RDAP. Well I wired Ed Bales 5500 to his Delaware account he sent me papers, a contract and he never called me to tell me what to do with these papers. I still have the paperwork he sent which was a release agreement, a contract that I never signed. Once I sent the money I never heard from the Ed Bales I called him to ask what was going on did we make the dead line, etc.
I was the one always calling I only spoke with Ed maybe 3 times in the beginning and then the main person I spoke to after that was Kevin Tamez, he is senior strategist for federal prison consultants LLC. Kevin and I spoke regarding what my husband had to do. Well once again if I didn't call Kevin I would have never heard from anyone regarding what came next. Now after numerous phone calls to Kevin he sent my husband in his facility 3 cop-outs thats it. I went with Cathy the person that recommeneded this company to me to an address that was on Kevin's e-mail to speak to him in person because I was getting the run around. We get to this address and there is no office or no Kevin Tamez. I call him on the phone and told him that I was atwhich now is off his e-mail address but I have a copy of it. He asked us to meet at Denny's a few blocks away from where his office was suppose to be. Cathy and I did we told Kevin how we felt about the whole sitution that we were not happy with the company that we were charged way to much for what was being done which was nothing. I told him how much Ed Bales charged me and Kevin said that it was too much and Kevin said it was worth 500.00 -1000.00 thats it. Kevin said to call Ed Bales and try to get prorated for what they did this way we could settle it and end it. Ed Bales called my cell after the meeting with Kevin and was very irate that we had nerve to check up on one of his locations. I then offered to go to the Florida office and he became even more angry he told me he would call the police because he said I was threatening him by saying I was going to come to see him him to talk in his Florida office. He didn't even know who his client was he kept getting my husband and Cathy's husband confused. He kept getting Cathy and myself confused as well. Once he started threatening Cathy with getting her husband more time for allegedly hiding money and that he would give them information Cathy sent him regarding her husband which by law is breaking confidentiality. I tried working things out with Ed Bales but he's not a man of his word he said he would add new people to my contract that he was going to revise, which my family googled these new people that aren't even professionals. Ed sent me recent e-mails, 2 to be exact and I didn't answer them because he is to arrogant and hostile to deal he is the one that doesn't like to hear what his clients have to say. I have an e-mail from Ed Bales stating that I don't have my husband's best interest at heart. Who is this man who is he to tell me that I don't have my husband's best interest, Ed Bales is not a perfessional person to deal with. I highly recommend that no one should use this company they prey on womens vulnerablilty. It's bad enough we have to budget ourselves too make sure we can take care of our children and make the bills meet. Then Ed Bales tries to tell people it's because I didn't hear what I wanted too BULL CRAP that's to cover his BUTT. I have e-mails to prove my case and there are others out there that feel the same I have their documents as well if anyone would like to see them. This company gives false hope to families They are DISGUSTING. This is a shame an outrage don't give these people your money they only tell you what you want to hear and then prey on that they are true VULTURES. Don't be there PREY!

I am only so sorry I didn't google them and find out there true colors first. Hopefully this helps someone else out there.
