I was ripped off by Fouts like the other poor saps on this board. Fouts MO must be a franchise. Maybe Roni Duesch owns it. Heres how it works: 1.) they assure you, 2.) the clerks (all you ever get on the phone) start collecting, 3.) the clerks keep collecting, 4.) the clerks ask for stuff and keep collecting, 5.) the clerks ask for more stuff, and keep collecting.
Steps 4.) and 5.) repeat over and over until your bill gets up to about $3,000.By then you start demanding some kind of work product, case stradegy, or something suggesting effort on the part of Fouts.
Step 6. Is when they send you an itemized billing statement. Its the curse of the cat people or something. If it ever gets to Step 7. Where you actually talk to Fouts, Fouts says in drawling Georgia tones that your bill is your fault. Untimely responses, your case is a mess, etc. Step 8.) is when you fire this sorry joke of a firm, and try to get over being so well and truly taken in. Step 9.) is coming on this board and seeing so many others whacked for about the same amount.
