Wow, After reading the article on Ramon Gomez I was A little disturbed knowing that such A fragile tiny man like this really did rip me off. Let's not leave Rose out either.
On Oct. 3 Ramon walked in my office with Rose Becker and wanted to close me on A business idea in regard's to the hispanic community and Pre Paid Legal. Since I am an associate for Pre Paid Legal I was asked to show them how this company operated and how much money could be made. I showed them the Web Site and explained to them that every thing they need to know is on the web site and that this is A company that has a very well reputation and A company that sells it self. Rose was A secretary for A company in Scottsdale that serviced software to consumers. I know the owner of this company and have known him for A good 5 years. We liked to compete in the real estate market and of course I had to show off my new corvette and he would do the same. It's hard to explain why I would stop by. It wasn't about the car's. It was A boost that connected in A positive direction.
One day I stopped by and Rose told me that Brian was not due back for another 10 minutes. I started to leave and Rose asked me if she could talk to me outside. I was A little curious what this woman was so serious about. She was very upset with her life and was having A hard time with A divorce and she was crying and I was feeling bad for this poor little innocent woman. I will not get into the story that was very well rehearsed but I will say that this woman had me convinced that her x-husband was abusing her and she was being stalked and she did not want her boss to know that this was happening to her and to keep it A secret. Yes, i gave her money. A week later I came by and noticed that Rose was replaced by someone. A week later this poor innocent woman walks into my office with Ramon. At first I was not really showing any interest with this suprise meeting. I was going to leave and I heard Ramon say that he wanted to spread the word about pre paid legal on his radio talk show every Saturday morning. I saw $ signs and grabbed a caculator and started doing the figures and then I asked what would he would want for his cut he said NOTHING. I was in A hurry. I recieved A fax from the Radio Station with his name on it. He said that the airtime for 3 shows is $4,000.00. Now I had many things going on and I trusted this loser to come through on his word. After all he is the president of the hispanic civil rights movement. I called Ramon and asked him what his cut was on this $4,000.00 and he said nothing. I let it go and paid the man. I knew that if he does this on the air that I will have A lot of people calling my toll free number and I will just hire a couple of hispanic people to take orders. I do not speak spanish and I really left my trust in these 2 clown's.
The monday after the first show on the unica AM radio station I looked at the results and saw no profit. I left it at that and moved on with my day. Around 7:30 that evening I was at A going away party. I was telling the ramon story to some people and Brian (THE IDIOT THAT HIRED ROSE) and I then I went out to the back where the band was. Then it hit me!!! I went to brian and asked him if Rose told him in the interview that she was in danger = He said YES. We both had that look on our face (THEN BEN HAD A LOOK - THE LOOK OF SUPRISE-THE LOOK OF TOTAL f*ING AMAZEMENT. We busted out laughing and soon we were rolling. Rose= ramon=. NOW, ROSE & RAMON I AM little short handed on employees. Come by my office and DO THE RIGHT THING. Russ
