I was pre-approved for a $10,000 Credit limit and I sent them $37.00 about 2 months ago and I havent heard anything back

I recieved an application for a $10,000 Union Workers credit card. It told me to send a $37.00 membership fee by check or money order to the address shown. It has been a couple of months and I still havent heard anything from them. What Do I Do?
