My wife and I went to Factor direct homes, decided what home we liked and started paper work. Done the loan ap with a credit was told in order for the home to be built at the factor we need to open a consrution loan so we did.
120,000$ after the house was set up and all the add on's and constrution was done we opened a final loan 180,000$ to cover the extra's. Went to title company to close on final loan all was good I thought Doug was given the check and never paid off the constrution loan. He the 180,000 and I guess bought the new corvette he was driving the next day.
So now I have two morgage company's on my home
One I pay every month and the other killing my credit and trying to forclose on my home
The sad thing about this is the only reason we went to Factor direct is that Doug bragged about being so involved in he's church and being a Godly Man.
