Shirod Miller
Scam Artist New Jersey, New York

After reading the many reports of Treys destruction I can say I am not suprised. I to am a victim of his cowardly actions - although not out as much as others. Basically what I am out is a few hundred dollars that he "borrowed" to pay for his medication and a whole lot of my time wasted with this dumb ass.

Trey and I met as a result of a posting he had on a business web site seeking a partner for a restuarant/bar that he was opening in Hoboken NJ. I met with Trey many times for the better part of 6 months - reviewing sales contracts, lease agreements, architecutal drawings etc. Which all turned out to be bullsh*t.

During this time, I heard about his soon to be ex wife Melissa (he never once told me he was gay - always played straight), his very wealth parents, business he had in Mississipi, etc etc... I heard about the millions of dollars his parents had for him in trust that he would have to fight for because they did not want to grant it to him. I saw letters from Bank of New York indicating the amount in his trust as well as doctured up trust agreement etc. I visited Trey in his luxury condo in Hoboken and at his business condo office in hoboken. Both furnished etc. I also visiting the Italian deli he was opening with a friend.

What Trey did not know was that within a 2 months of me know him, I definelty knew something was off.By this time I had met some of his victims - whether in person or online. THe people I met were from all over the country, NYC, CT, Miss, NJ, CA, FL. Each person I met led me to another victim... It was very strange but intriuging at the same time. I had spoken to his MAW and PAW in Miss. After speaking with them it was quite apparent that he did not come from money. THey came off to be totally uneducated and quite frankly did not care much about what was going on with Trey at that time - even after I told them he needed help. Seemed like they had written him off and that his actions wasnt news to them. I had also been in contact with many of his ex boyfriends (miss, hoboken, ct) who would tell me familiar stories in which Trey would tell me were with Mellissa.

After a couple months this started to be a game to me... Always wanting to know what he had planned next and to play along with his restuarant nonsense with me to see where it was going.
Trey did not contact me after leaving Hoboken. I did track him down (fun fun) two times in different parts of NJ. He apparantly stole 2 cars from a new car dealer in Red Bank and ended up as a squatter in a house near Clifton NJ. I managed to help the car dealer get his cars back - Could not find Trey after I found him in Clifton.

THe very last time I met with Trey was in NYC - where I confronted him about all of this. He denied denied and denied everything. He got angry when I was about to call his mother on the phone to see if she sould deny him as well... He was more angry that I had ever seen him. WHen he calmed down he had asked me for some money to get on a train. I kicked him out of my truck... Told him to get help... Didnt give him a dime. Never heard from him again.

I have to admit, the few months of me going along with all of this with Trey all the while knowing what he was up to was fun. I felt like a PI as I am sure many of the people reading can attest to. (Sorry to be annoying at times... But I think we all had some fun tracking him down).
I really did all that to prevent other from falling victim to Trey. I only wish all of this info was posted on here when I first met him - or when that person that lost 100K first met him.

Trey - if you are reading this - go get help and go F yourself!!!
