I purchased what I thought was a Nitro 150psi steering stabilizer shock. I called and spoke with Trey before I placed the order and confirmed that it was a pressurized shock and it would fit my application. Trey confirmed both. I ordered the shock that day and in two days received the shock. Not as described on ebay listing. I contracted Trey "Oconee Offroad" right away in an email and a phone call. Neither was returned. On 7/12 I contracted Trey on the phone. I informed him I was an Officer and did some investigating and found out that not only was the shock a hydraulic shock, it wasn't a "ORV" brand it was a "SkyJacker" brand shock per P/N on the shock. Neither which I ordered. Trey said he would call the vendor and get back to me in one hour. After two hours had passed I called Trey and asked what was the update? Trey said no tech support was there to help, he would call me. I decided to called Nick Adams @ OMIX-ADA (770-614 6101 office). This is Trey's wholesaler. I explained to Nick what happen and Nick said he would call me back. Around 1pm Nick called me back to inform me the shock I got would fit my Jeep BUT in fact wasn't what I ordered. It is a hydraulic shock and NOT a 150psi nitro shock. He had is techs go in the warehouse and confirm. I asked Nick who was to blame for this and he said both Nick and Trey were. No one confirmed the information was correct. Nick stated this wasn't a drop-ship that Trey sent the item to me directly and a refund would have to be given directly from Trey. Nick said he was sorry, and he would correct his web site to reflect the right information. Thirty minutes later I called Trey to inform him of what Nick said. Trey thanked me for calling and said they had some issues with Nick and his company and thought the shocks were hydraulic and not Nitro charged. But, Trey "Oconee Offroad" had listed them as 150psi charged. Basically, Trey admitted to selling an item he knew was being sold with incorrect info.
