I just got off the phone with Wamu Customer NOT SO Service. My interest rate has been 14.99 percent for two years. They get bought by JP Morgan and now my interest rate went to 23.99. Because they can. Their on hold message says now with the finiancial strength of JP Morgan. I think it it the Financial strength of raping their customers. I called and the only answer I could get is SO sorry. I am writing to congress and asking for a bailout from my credit card company because they are sinking me.
