My credit company had been achieved by CHASE. Ever since they raise suddenly the rates from my current percentage by at least 10%. I've called several times CHASE and I knew my opt out options but I needed an explanations why my rate jumped 10%!!! My other credit carts even after they had been bought were raised no more than 3%. Every time I call Chase customer service I had received the most rude answers.in a few occasions the representative had raised their voice and were extremely unprofessional. I start believing that those people don't' have any training or legitimate experience in the filed they are working with. The terms and questions that I had asked were not adequate answers either. Very unsophisticated service!
