Taken money from my account when i want order stopped

I live in the uk, Some time ago i put a order in for a free trail of ACAI BERRY. I found they did not work therefore did not order anymore. I have since received another batch of these and tried on many ocasion to ring the no given but no number is known, the operator has tried to without success. The company have gone into my account and taken a further payment of $92.58. I want this to stop, i am a single mom and can not afford this. The money has come out and left me oweing my bank as i was not aware of this. Therefore i owe the bank and have bank charges on top for not having it in in the first place. Plz can sumone help. Thank you
