I ordered a 1 pl 10 wings from store # 8200 located at 600 NE 167 Street. The fries were cold and soft. It looks as if the fries were seating in bucket of cold oil. I called and asked to talk to a manager. The person who answered the phone told me he does not have time to handle complaint right now nor the manager. I was very upset due to the fact he does not care about me as a customer.
