According to the letter, which was received on 3/23, Blumebia Management was assigned by the International Sweepstakes organization to inform the winners and distribute their winnings.
Included in the letter was information concerning an entry slip with a serial number that was attached to my name. It also stated that this number matched the first five lucky winning numbers 33-43-71-22-09, subsequently winning US $150,000.00.
In addition a check in the amount of US $3795.00 was included, along with an explanation concerning paying taxes in the amount of $980.00. This amount is to be payable to my tax agent as described below:

Contact hours were listed as being on Monday - Friday from 10am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time and on Saturdays, 10am - 2pm PST. After making contact with the "tax agent", he seemed in a hurry to have me deposit the check and send the stipulated tax amount. Also, he mentioned a change in the tax payment; he named Mary Woody, Promotions Manager, as the person to whom the tax was to be paid instead of him.
