Robbed me of $ 29,95 on fraudulent promises to provide driving records

I needed to check on driving records and got on what looks like Government site, with bombastic promises.
After trying their "free" sample I immediatedly got on "pay by CC" box, managed by ClickBank, and was fool enough to provide my CC info.
Well, the site was totally useless because had no connection whatsoever to driving records, directing me to "sex offenders" check, social statistics of areas by Zip codes etc.
The entire ad of access to driving records was intentional lie!
In addition this "great" Clickbank company with 100000 affiliates etc. Even doesn't has phone or any available Customer Service, just single fax N!..
Fraud, fraud, fraud!!!
