Received on 3/23/09... Mailed out of Canada. It said "your total winnings are $100,000. You have been approved for the payment of $100,000 USD... With a certified cashier's check with the reference number: #PC-6020032."

"You will find your sponsors check enclosed for the amount of $3,085 (which covers insurance, handling, duty and taxes fees). Once these fees are paid for, you will receive you winnings by certified cashier's check with in 24 hours."

"Signed by a Peter Ronin, Executive Director. (left side of page) a reproduction similar to National Geographic logo in center of page and a type of seal saying Treasury Financial Management Service on right side.

It stated to call so they can release winnings and validate this check... Telephone: 1-450-369-0542 Ref. #PC-6020032

The enclosed check for $3,085 looks official. It's on Wachovia Bank, N.A. With the number 67-1/532 under it... Noting that the check number is 6752.
