I took my family to the local Culvers and when we recived our food My wife noticed that her grilled chicken sandwich was dry and not very tastety. When she asked to have it replaced she said she did not want another chicken sandwich and instead ordered a burger. I noticed on the bill that the chicken sandwich was $1.50 more that the burger so I asked for the difference back. Then manager stated that they would not give us the difference just because she didn't like the sandwich. It is usually common practice to do this and in most cases an establishmnet will also give you a discount. I was not asking for a discount I just wanted the difference back between the 2 sandwiches and the manager was not willing to do this so I asked what their policy is if a person returns a meal if it is not satisfactory to the customer and she stated a refund. So I asked why this was any different and she said again because my wife said she didn't like the sandwich and it was replaced with a burger that was less she would not give us the difference in price. We did get an order of fries
The overall experience was good and the food was good except for the chicken sandwich. Would I eat there again I can't say I won't but I will always remember that experience each time I visit and it was not pleasent.
