A. James Antonini, aka, Jim Antonini represented me to collect some funds from a real estate transaction. He charged me $12,000 to receive the 1099 tax form in his name, suggested that I could not report it to the IRS, even though this was tx evasion.
I did not want or request this scheme/scam. He has been unresponsive to my complaints.
James Antonini also billed me for 17.5 hours of legal work at $250/hr to research my former lawyers overcharges WITHOUT producing one page of work product. Totally useless work for me without any documentation.
A complaint is being filed with the California State Bar Association.
Watch out for this guy.
