*notice..!! This ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

Below is the letter I sent to my c/c company and contains everything I wanted to say.

Re: Billing dispute charge of $39.95 from PRODUCTCUSTOMERSUPPORT.

Dear Sir/Madam,

How the merchant obtained my name, address and account information:
On 1/29/09 I signed up to receive a Google home info package for $ 1.95. I gave my address and account info on-line to pay for the lawful charge of $ 1.95. I did not sign up for anything else! This info would be sent to my home address.

The next day 1/30/09 I had second thoughts about this signing up and called Marqilife at 1-877-462-0055 and 1-877-24-76-3127 to cancel the order, but they could not help me and gave me a different number to contact 1-800-309-6980 but the line was temporarily unavailable for several days!

On 2/6/09 I found out my fidelity account was charged for the amount of $ 39.95 which I never authorized! I called c/c right away and was advised to contact the merchant directly, which I did the same day on the number 1-800-309-6980. I was finally able to get through and I was advised to go to their website www.productcustomersupport.com where I left a written message regarding this issue, and the only other option was to leave a phone message for the manager, which I did, but both my messages where never returned.

2/9/09 I contacted xxx at c/c regarding this unauthorized charge of $39.95 and he credited the amount of $39.95 and as well the amount of $ 1.95 back to the account. The amount of $ 1.95 was credited back to me because I did not receive the info package that I signed up for!

2/12/09 I talked to xxx at xxx regarding the dispute and she told me it would take about one week and to check back with her if the money wasn't credited back by the end of the month/statement.

Finally towards the end of February I finally received the info CD in the mail from Brock Felt in Florida.

Again I never signed up for any monthly fees, just for the info package. The info that the merchant provided to you, the purchase agreement and the unauthorized charge of $39.95 receipt was never provided to me.

In any case when I read their purchase agreement that they supplied to you (after the fact), you have a 7 day return policy. I never did receive anything within those 7 days!

I did some research on-line on this company aka Emillionaire, and I believe that this company is operating in a fraudulent way, please see attached pages (reports) for further investigations.

I would appreciate your efforts to resolve this matter.
