It seems as if this scam uses many names, but I was called by "Jayne Carter" of "Carter Industries" and she said they are moving their office supply business from WA to MO and are liquidating their post-its, etc and that she talked to our CFO and was referred to me. This is a scam, so do not buy anything from them! The phone numbers are false, and if you order, you may get some supplies, but they won't be what you thought you were ordering.
