I ordered a bed from James Scott, owner of Scott Woodwork, on October 1st and like the other people complaining about him he quoted me a 4 to 6 week delvery period. I still have not seen the bed or my refund that he promised either. He will not answer my calls and very seldomly will answer an e-mail and give me every excuse in the book as to why i do not have a finished product yet.
I have a lawyer looking into this issue and will go to court if I need to. I have already filed complaints with Google Checkout and the Better Business Bureau but it didn't seem to help. I will be filing a police report with the Mesquite County Office and from the comments of other people on here it won't be the first time they are hearing of this. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to solve this or work together feel free to contact me.
I would also like to get a group of people being scammed by him and have testimony to call the News station so they report this on TV. Hopefully it will therefore reduce the amount of people that get scammed by him in the future.
