Is a sca, that ripped me off more than a $1,000. I contacted them several times about the money back guarantee which they have not honored and completley ignored my messages requesting this information

I had payed for service from a website known as fastspells.com that seems to be a scam. They took over a $1,000 from me, in which they have not honored the money back guarantee that I have been requesting and contacting them for nearly a year. They never answered my emails or messages.
