I ordered a casting on aug 13. Several weeks later I questioned how it was going. I was told its going well, fabulous, very good, wonderful. But saw no results.
After a month I kept writing to see what was going on and was told not to write every day. All was fine. Then I would send a few emails a week and the replies back would be only blank emails. When I asked why I was getting blank emails I was told, "I dont know. I keep sending them". This made no sense.
I then waited a week or so and not hearing anything, I wrote again. I never heard back at all. Not even a blank email.
I tried to write to the main site, but it is under maintenance. Almost a month has passed since hearing anything at all. I wrote requesting a refund and of course no reply. Their site says money back guaranteed. 100%.
