Sent us the incorrect order, overcharged us and is not reimbursing the amount

After seeing a commercial for Shamwow, we decided to order the special shown on TV of 4 large size and 4 mini Shamwows for $19.95 plus shipping & handling. I gave our credit card information and was told we would receive the order in 4-6 weeks.

Two weeks later, we received a gigantic box that had 24 large and 24 mini Shamwows inside. Knowing we didn't order that amount, we did not use any of them and waited for the credit card statement.

Once we received the credit card statement and saw the charge of $132.40, I immediately tried to call the customer service number, but could not get it to ring thru or get anyone to answer. Approximately an hour later, I finally got a live person named Megan and explained the situation.

I was told to return the product to the address on the shipping label, fax an explanation of the situation along with a copy of the receipt for the return postage ($20.85) to Diana and we would be fully reimbursed.

As of 03/03/09, we have not seen a dime of the money. I again called customer service and after being on hold for 35 minutes, was told that we would be reimbursed for the return postage, but that they had not received the product so they would not reimburse the additional $132.40.

I went to their website and used the contact us email address and notified that individual of the situation.
