In a nut shell. Couple moves out, they owe them 3 days credit since THEY told them the date of which they need to move out. They refuse paying them the credit, but gave them credit for water/sewage, therefore it is documented. But don't worry, they will not acknowledge with any return email, phone calls, etc. Complaint has been forwarded to Landlord/tenant affairs, 7 on your side, and others. They know hw they can help, by doing the right thing. Credit this couple on what belongs to them... Not YOU!
