We are getting evicted on the same half-fast crooked eviction by john bouzane currently in hesperia, at the court of victorville. He hasn't strayed from his normal routines the same false service of papers as well as the filing of multiple things at once so that once you start to solve one issue another arises.
I got served first on the 18th by a marhsal with a notice of eviction. It stated i was served and had the summons with complaint, which was not true, and that we had 13 days to vacate the premises before the sheriffs would be present.
I have been trying to recieve help for days and have hit dead ends over and over again, i even googled my slum lord at first only to find he is a highly spoken college professor of redlands. The thought barely occurred to google john bouzane, which i did on my phone laying in bed this morning, and to my surprise i see everyone elses complaints confirming exactly what we were thinking that this process was somehow illegal.
I currently have until march 3 and i have no legal repersentation. I know i need to file a motion to stay execution pending a relief of default, so i can halt the eviction process before it's too late. However i have little money and no one to help prepare these motions, as my mother who normally handles these things is incarcirated, so it makes it hard on trying to move our home and worry about this whole process while trying to stay within legal time limits.
