My letter said that I was awarded a grant it said ;As the Registrar of Heritage Funding Resources, I was instructed by Mr. James T Knox to prepare this document for you as official confirmation of your being granted an Entitlement, and do so herewith. I have stamped and dated this document as directed, and request that you sign and date the Acceptance form to accept the cash award so granted confirmed for Vicki Quiroga,
On a more personal note, I which to extend my congratulations to you on being an approved nominee and recipient of the aforementioned money. Your additional cash access shall commence upon our receipt of your Fund Resources Document Acceptance. Please note that a deadline to file is in effect and do not delay your reply. From their their is a stamped name of Franklin K. Hayes and under that in type is this name again and the date on the right side of the letter their was 2 numbers 197&172 and above that their was my name and address and a big number #70009803328 and that's it except I found out on the net surfing from right here I read someone eels report. I think its sad that people have to be distrusting of everything I just have my s. S and that money I really need I'm in a sad state already as it is and can't afford to lose any money not even 29.95
I thought it was real until just a few minutes ago because I have asked for a grant but I didn't get it finished right; I thought! I was happy for awhile I thought I was going to get all my problems taken care of not yet I cuz anyway I figure they will pay in one way or another the lord see's and here's all things. P. S I know the person that is doing this is seeing all this on the net about them and I want to say somebody's watching you and you will get yours count on it! The Lord knows who you are I'm sorry for you cuz your hurting alot of his children. Not good! Dude!
