The aforementioned party (ies) sent a letter addressed in my name stating that the Heritage Funding Resources were granting me a large amount of cash, at the cost of $29.95 "to cover administrative costs".
The document states that "... Your award payment entitlement (s) are yours to be used solely at your discretion-no strings or 'fine print' to concern yourself with, per our Surety Guarantee."
The second page of the document is stamped by "Franklin K. Hayes, Registrar". The deadline for this document for the supposed receipt of payment is February 27.
I received this letter around February 13.
