They took money out of my Bank without my permission. LasVegas Nevada Florida

These two companies said that it would cost me $1.99and$2.99 for there cd's on Grants. They took out that amount and then they took out $39.95and$94.89 without my permissiom. How can anyone do this and get away with it? It's a great Big rip off!
