Took my money out of my account without authorization

I paid my 1.97 to see the site and the next day they took 59.95 out of my account without my permission. They have no contact information to dispute their fraud. Do not use this company which looks legitamate but is anything but! You would think Goverment Grants would bring down the Feds on them but so far they have gotten by with it.
