Royal Zenith, Inc. Lotto Agent (Joyce Milvan) claim I woon 150,000.00 sent me a check for 4979.58 but I have to pay taxes on it before I can claim the rest by western union or moneygram of $2,998.00. Call them then give confirmation #. Joyce (person answerd the phone) told me to it was a system glich and to throught the letter in the trash and hung up. Call back and she would not say anything. There is also a canada address on the check.
